Stress Less Coloring Book and Colored Pencils: Coloring is a great way to calm your mind, quiet thoughts, and relieve stress. Remember how fun it was when you were a kid?

The De-Stress Deck: You can get creative on how you’d like to use the cards. A simple technique is to pick a card when you are stressed and implement the stress-relieving tip. You could also choose one card a day or a week and practice that technique.

The Ring: Put it on your finger and move it up and down. You can even incorporate a breathing technique while moving the ring slowly.

Mesh Fidget with Marble: Move the marble back and forth. You can also close your eyes and slowly run your fingers over the mesh. Concentrate only on the texture of the mesh to help quiet your stressful thoughts.
