SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS (with tracking) from Normal, IL. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

We ship to the Contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

We do not offer international shipping.

For shipping to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

DELIVERY

If your package is showing delivered but hasn't been received yet, it could be that the package has been scanned in as "delivered" but has not arrived at its final destination yet. If it's being delivered to a college campus, mail service is different for each campus. Often a package will be delivered to the main mail and package center on campus and the student will be notified once it has been logged and is ready for pick up. Your student should be familiar with their mail and package service on campus and be sure to have them check emails and texts regularly.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

We strive to process and ship out all orders quickly. As a result, we are unable to cancel an order or make any changes to an order once the order has been submitted. However, please reach out to hey@bestinyoubox.com with issues or concerns.
