Refund policy

We appreciate your business and take great care in providing you with a unique experience.

We do our best to ensure every order is accurate, but sometimes mistakes do happen! Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 5 days of your package delivery date.

By placing an order with Best in You Box, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We cannot and do not accept returns or issue refunds for our experience boxes. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us at hey@bestinyoubox.com.

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 days of your package delivery date. We will need photos and the carrier may inspect damages, so please save your shipping box and packaging until the issue is resolved. PLEASE NOTE: Even though we package our experience boxes well, we do not have any control over how the box is handled once it leaves our hands. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are unable to cancel an order or make any changes to an order once the order has been submitted. Once the order is placed, no changes can be made. Please take a moment to thoroughly review your order, including the shipping address, before finalizing it.

UNDELIVARABLE ITEMS, REFUSED DELIVERY, OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information. Please take a moment to thoroughly review the shipping address, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors with the address you provide. Any packages returned and labeled as undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be refunded, minus a $10 restocking fee, when Best in You Box receives the returned package. Undeliverable packages must be received within 21 days to be eligible for a refund.

Best in You Box is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. If the package has been marked by the carrier as delivered, we are no longer responsible for your items.
