Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped from Normal, IL and we use USPS as our shipment carrier.
SHIPPING RATES + DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 3-10 business days.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are unable to cancel an order or make any changes to an order once the order has been submitted. Once the order is placed, no changes can be made. Please take a moment to thoroughly review your order, including the shipping address, before finalizing it.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Best in You Box is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We do all that we can to ensure our packages are packed securely and with care. Unfortunately, we have no control over how the package is handled once it leaves our hands.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS, REFUSED DELIVERY, OR INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors with the address you provide. Any packages returned and labeled as undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be refunded (excluding the shipping fee) when Best in You Box receives the returned package. Undeliverable packages must be received within 21 days to receive a refund. Please take a moment to thoroughly review the shipping address before finalizing your order.
Best in You Box is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. If the package has been marked by the carrier as delivered, we are no longer responsible for your items.
