The De-Stress Deck: You can get creative on how you’d like to use the cards. A simple technique is to pick a card when you are stressed and implement the stress-relieving tip. You could also choose one card a day or a week and practice that technique.

Textured Stickers: Add them to your phone, water bottle, laptop, etc. When you feel stressed, run your fingers over them and concentrate on the texture. You can even close your eyes to get more relaxed.
